Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling: Booking Process: All astrology readings must be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly. Walk-in appointments are not available. Availability: Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the calendar for available slots. Confirmation: Once you book an appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your reading. 2. Payment Rates: The rates for astrology readings vary based on the type and duration of the reading. Please refer to our website for detailed pricing information. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reading fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment is required before the reading begins. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in a fee. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay the full fee before scheduling a new appointment. 4. Preparation for Your Reading Information Required: For an accurate reading, please provide your full name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth at the time of booking. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened reading time to accommodate subsequent appointments. 5. Confidentiality Privacy: All personal information and details shared during your astrology reading will remain confidential. We adhere to strict privacy standards to ensure your information is secure. 6. Disclaimer Guidance: Astrology readings are meant to provide guidance and insight. They should not replace professional advice in fields such as medical, legal, or financial matters. Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following an astrology reading. The astrologer is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the reading.
